Terms & conditions

The entire copyright in the photographs (including ownership of all material) is retained by The Pet Collective at all times, throughout the world, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The photoshoot will be held at a location of your choice within Bristol and the surrounding areas provided the correct permission can be given. If you would prefer The Pet Collective to choose we can suggest different locations to suit your individual taste. Locations which are more than 20 miles outside Bristol incur travel costs at 45p per mile. If adverse weather conditions occur your photoshoot will be cancelled by The Pet Collective 1-2 hours prior to your slot.
You will be required to pay a refundable £25 booking deposit when arranging your appointment. The deposit is credited to your account and bookings will only be confirmed once this has been paid. The deposit can be refunded from the time your online viewing gallery goes live. However, most clients choose to use it as part payment towards their order.
The Pet Collective requires at least 72 hours (3 days) notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment and thus, failure to give this notice will result in your £25 booking deposit becoming non-refundable.
Viewing your photos
Your images will be uploaded to a private online viewing gallery within 10 days of your photoshoot. This gallery will remain live for approximately 4-6 weeks after your photoshoot or until you place your order, whichever is sooner.
Once you have placed your order and agreed its related costs with The Pet Collective, work will begin on retouching your photos. At this point your order is confirmed and cannot be changed nor cancelled. During busy periods orders can take up to 4 weeks to process, but in most cases your order will be prepared within 14 days from the day it is placed.
Your voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
No refunds will be given on vouchers from 7 days after the date of purchase. Once the photoshoot has taken place no refunds will be given.
There is no right to reject photographs on the basis of style or composition as it is the client’s responsibility to view the photographer’s portfolio. In the event of technical problems with photographs The Pet Collective will either reprint images or repeat the photoshoot.
Photoshoots may involve physical activity. This is undertaken at your own risk. Animals do not require extensive training to undertake a photoshoot but if the photographer deems that your pet is posing a potential threat to either the photographer or members of the public The Pet Collective reserves the right to end your photoshoot early.
